Tae Kwon Do
Tae Kwon Do is a Korean martial art that means The Way of Hand and Foot. Tae Kwon Do encompasses not only a method of self-defense, but it is also a sport, an exercise program, and a way to develop self-confidence, self-discipline, and self respect.

Hap Ki Do
Literally translated, Hap Ki Do means, The Way of Coordinated Power, and is widely recognized as an excellent method of self defense, especially for women, because it does not rely on strength or size. Instead, Hap Ki Do uses your attacker’s size, strength, and balance against them.

Kickin' Kids
Age appropriate curriculums for children age 4½ to 9 years old.

Little Dragons
Our Little Dragons Martial Arts classes help your 4½-6 year old child understand what the martial arts are really about in a fun relaxed atmosphere.

Tae Kwon Do Tigers
The Tae Kwon Do Tigers class is a theme-based curriculum especially designed for teaching the martial arts to 7-9 year old children. This curriculum is designed to be fun for the children while it enriches their lives with its unique benefits.

After School Program
Our After School Program is a unique combination of after school supervision and motivating martial arts classes for children in 1st-8th grades.
